GQ has released its list of the most stylish men alive and, despite changing the style criteria from red carpet to street style to determine who made the cut, the mag still managed to make the most obvious, safe choices imaginable.
Ryan Gosling reigns supreme, landing the cover of the issue, while the rest of their list is rounded out by Pharrell Williams, Brad Pitt, Jay Z, Kanye West, Bradley Cooper, Jeff Goldblum, Jared Leto, LeBron James, A$AP Rocky, One Direction’s Harry Styles, Daniel Craig, Cristiano Ronaldo, Russell Westbrook, Jaden Smith, David Beckham, Mark Ronson, Mario Balotelli and Eddie Redmayne.
In case you’re keeping score at home, those are literally the same guys who are on every best dressed list, because there are only so many well-dressed men in the world.

GQ’s editors explained their picks, saying, “The selection process was scientific. Hundreds of candidates considered. Thousands of street photos analyzed. GQ looked for guys who carry themselves with confidence and originality and whose moves we most want to steal.”
